Our custom driver is used to rotate our AB250 series of adjustable bushings. This driver uses a motion similar to that of a screw-driver. A driver is preferred to a wrench when the adjustable bushing sits below the surface of a hole. Rotating clockwise tightens the threads, and rotating counter-clockwise loosens the threads. This allows the user to choose the correct thread fit for the application. The threads can also be locked in place by rotating the adjustable bushing clockwise until movement stops. |
