- Metric fine adjustment screws – Our metric stainless-steel set screws are also made of 303 stainless steel as standard and feature a ball tip (53 HRC) made of hardened steel. Custom lengths, variable drive variations, and optional materials are also available, as are custom tips – blunt or coned. Our custom machinery additionally allows us to produce 0.25 mm, 0.20 mm, and the world’s first 0.10 mm adjusters to meet and exceed industry standards.
- Imperial high-vacuum fine adjustment screws – Kozak’s imperial (U.S.) high-vacuum fine adjustment screws and ultra-fine adjustment screws are available in 304 stainless steel with a ball tip (53 HRC) made of hardened steel. Optional materials, lengths, drive variations, and tips are also available. Additionally, these screws are passivated and feature a relief within the ball cavity that permits air to be released from beneath the ball tip.
- Metric high-vacuum fine adjustment screws – Kozak’s metric high-vacuum fine adjustment screws and ultra-fine adjustment screws feature the same key specifications as our imperial options, including such aspects as 304 stainless steel and the 53 HRC ball tip. Optional material, lengths, drive variations, and tips are also available, and the relief cavity is in place as well.
