Our Line of High-Vacuum Screws
At Kozak, all of our high-vacuum adjustment screws are HEX driven, made of 304 stainless steel, and available in various thread pitches and diameters. The high-vacuum adjustment screws we offer include the following:
- 1/4-80 TPI High-Vacuum Screws – Our line of 1/4-80 (80 TPI) high-vacuum adjustment screws are available in screw lengths from 3/8” to 2.0”.
- 1/4-100 TPI High-Vacuum Screws – Available in lengths from 3/8” to 2.0”, our 1/4-100 TPI high-vacuum screws provide sub-micron sensitivity.
- 3/16-100 TPI High-Vacuum Screws – Our 3/16-100 high-vacuum fine adjustment screws are available in lengths from 3/8” to 2.0”.
All of our high-vacuum screws are supplied with a 53 HRC .156” or .187” diameter tip. Additionally, these screws provide sub-micron sensitivity, making them an ideal substitute for more costly micrometers.
